Nationwide FBA prep. Montana accountability.

High Plains Prep & Pack exists because Amazon sellers nationwide need a reliable receiving and prep partner — especially after Amazon ended its U.S. FBA prep and item-labeling services. Suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, and private-label sellers can ship inventory to our Montana prep center for documented handling before it moves to Amazon.

We have been receiving, documenting, securing, organizing, photographing, and shipping physical inventory for decades through our existing Great Falls business. Same receiving rigor, now pointed at your FBA inbound.

When inventory shows up here, it is not “stuff.” It’s someone’s money, margin, and reputation. We treat it that way at intake, on the floor, and on the way out the door.

High Plains Prep & Pack

Nationwide Amazon FBA prep for sellers shipping from anywhere in the U.S.

You do not need to live in Montana to use High Plains Prep & Pack. After intake approval, inventory can ship to us from retailers, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, or your own warehouse. We document the inbound, complete the agreed prep, and prepare outbound cartons for your Amazon shipment plan.

Online arbitrage

Route approved retailer orders to one receiving address for documented intake, labeling, required prep, and shipment consolidation.

Wholesale

Send supplier cartons for count reconciliation, visible-condition checks, agreed unit prep, cartonization, and outbound support.

Private label

Use a controlled first shipment to verify receiving, labeling, packaging, and outbound workflow before planning larger volume.

How we work.

We never ask for or store Seller Central passwords.

Clients may provide shipment plans, FNSKUs, packing lists, and prep instructions directly. For approved clients who choose to authorize us through Seller Central User Permissions, we may support limited shipment workflows using only the roles they approve. Their Amazon account remains under their control.

Photo-backed audits at intake.

Every inbound shipment is documented when it lands. Damage and discrepancies are flagged in writing — not buried in a status email three weeks later.

Six-stage chain of custody.

Received, counted, logged, prepped, staged, outbound. Same path for every shipment. Status is something we can answer, not guess at.

Small batches first.

We would rather start controlled and prove our work than book volume we cannot honor. Capacity grows with the relationship.

If we mess up, you hear it from us first.

Bad news does not get less bad if it waits. Same standard we hold internally.

Why Great Falls.

Great Falls is a working logistics town. Less coastal congestion, freight access via I-15 and rail, and a calendar that does not burn days to coastal weather events.

On the tax side: Montana-based receiving may help sellers reduce sales tax at checkout when retailers calculate tax based on the ship-to address. Outcomes depend on each seller’s situation — we run prep, not tax advice.

What we don’t promise

We do not promise Amazon acceptance, Amazon receiving speed, or reimbursement eligibility — final acceptance decisions are Amazon’s.
We do not promise any specific Amazon account-health effect — account health is the seller’s responsibility.
We do not promise sales-tax outcomes — not tax advice; confirm with a qualified tax advisor.
